Return & Refund Policy

We want your Seacrest pair to fit right. If it doesn't - most often because of sizing - you can return it for a refund under the terms below. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering to find your best fit.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns can be requested per item, so if your order has several pairs you can return just the one that doesn't fit.
Conditions
- The order must be paid and marked as delivered.
- Items must be unworn (outdoors), in their original condition, and in the original box.
- Accepted reasons: wrong size, defective, not as described, or other issues you describe in your request.
- One return request per item.
How to request a return
- Open your order page - from My orders if you have an account, or via the order link in your confirmation email.
- Click Request a return under the item, pick a reason, and add any details.
- We review requests within a few days. You'll see the decision on the same order page.
- If approved, ship the item back to us at L. Evaristo Shoe Shop, Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items - contact us first and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund for the item's price. Depending on how you paid, the refund is sent through your original payment method, GCash, or bank transfer - we'll coordinate the details with you. Your order page will show Refunded when it's done.
Exchanges
We don't process direct size exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
